in order to further build a world-class company with a larger scale, doublestar group launched a plan to acquire kumho tire in south korea in 2016. On July 6, 2018, the acquisition was completed. Holding 45% of the shares, doublestar has been the controlling shareholder of kumho tire, rising to the world's top ten and China's largest tire manufacturer.
