1. BUYING / ORDERING GOODS

- 1.2 You do not need to register as a user to make a purchase from the Autokaubad24 e-store. It is enough to fill out the form with the necessary data to send the goods. 2. DELIVERY TIME
- 2.1 The delivery time is indicated on each product separately. In general, the delivery time in Europe is 6-8 working days.

3.1 GOODS WITH DEPOSIT MONEY - CORE are considered to be starters, generators, steering racks, drive shafts, brake supports, power steering pumps, air mass meters, injection nozzles, etc. and in their case, the cost of the deposit is added to the price (it can vary from 10€ ). The cost of the deposit depends on the specific product. The deposit is displayed next to the product in the shopping cart. The buyer will deliver the housing (old detail housing) with the deposit to car goods within 24 hours and no later than 6 months after receiving the order. Autokaubad24 will deliver the old body to the factory for inspection with a deposit. The deposit will be returned to the buyer after the factory has confirmed that the old housing meets the requirements stated in point 3.2. If ak24parts.com does not deliver the buyer's old housing or the housing returned by the buyer does not meet the requirements stated in point 3.2, the deposit is not subject to return to the buyer. - 4.6 If the Buyer has chosen "I will pick it up" as the method of transport for the order, ak24parts.com has the right to demand from the Buyer a storage fee for the ordered goods in ak24parts.com warehouse (1€ per day) for a period exceeding two weeks, starting from the date on which the Buyer has been informed for him to come pick up the goods. Notification can be made by phone or e-mail.
- 4.7 If the Buyer has not picked up the ordered goods within 3 months, the goods will be disposed of or destroyed.
- 4.8 If the Buyer has chosen "Courier service", "parcel locker" or another delivery method as the delivery method and the courier has not been able to contact the Buyer to hand over the order due to circumstances caused by the Buyer, or the Buyer has entered incorrect data for handing over the goods to the Seller, the order will be returned to the Seller . - 4.12 All information related to the order on the part of the buyer must be forwarded by the buyer to the seller from the e-mail address specified by the buyer in the order.
- 5.1 The consumer has the right to return the goods and get a refund within 14 days from the day of delivery. ak24parts.com will return all fees received from the consumer on the basis of the contract to the consumer without delay, but no later than after 14 days.
- 5.2 Purchased goods cannot be returned if the ordered goods have been made considering the personal needs of the consumer or according to the conditions provided by the consumer. The returned item must not be used and must be in the original packaging. The original packaging and the goods must not be damaged, must be in the same condition as when the seller sent them out. If the product was purchased as part of a campaign, where another product is added to the product, the buyer must return the entire set. If a product/spare part set has been purchased, it can only be returned as a whole set, not its parts separately.
- 5.3 In order to return the goods, an application must be sent to [email protected]. The application must contain the following information: the name and details of the buyer, the name and ID code of the goods to be returned, the number of the order and purchase invoice. The amount paid for the goods will be returned to the current account of the buyer (the person from whose account the money was transferred for the order) immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the return of the goods. It is not allowed to submit third party accounts for refunds.
- The costs associated with returning the product (including postage) are paid by the buyer. - 5.4 In the case of goods that do not comply with the terms of the contract, that do not correspond to the offered sample or have defects, the buyer has the right to file a complaint and return the goods. The complaint must be submitted immediately, but no later than within two months from the discovery of the defect in the goods. The buyer must keep the purchase documents (invoice, contract, etc.) proving that the goods were purchased from the ak24parts.com e-store.
- 5.5 Ak24parts.com is not responsible for product defects that have arisen due to improper use, maintenance or damage of the product. If the goods are subject to more favorable warranty conditions (sales guarantee) than those stipulated in the law, then these conditions are given in writing together with the respective goods.
