The A-600 tester is designed for rapid testing of lead-acid batteries with a nominal voltage of 12 or 6V and a capacity of 30-250 Ah. Battery testing involves measuring the resting voltage and the voltage under a selected load. The device allows you to set loads in three ranges: 200, 400 or 600A - for 12V batteries and 100, 200, 300A for 6V batteries. The current load range is selected using laboratory clamps. The tester is equipped with a load switching system that prevents sparks from occurring at the terminals of the battery under test. The positive test lead is the end built into the front of the tester body, and the negative test lead is terminated with a crocodile clip. The device has a compact design that allows it to be charged with a current of up to 600A for a measurement time of up to 10 seconds.
