If you notice that the car has lost its former power, jerks when accelerating and smokes, the EGR valve is most likely to blame. The cause of mechanical EGR failure is carbon deposits inside the valve, which increases its durability during operation. Then it doesn't respond quickly enough to pressing the gas pedal. Carbon deposits also build up on the face of the valve and can remain open despite increasing engine speed.

The blocking of the EGR valve is designed to prevent exhaust gases from entering the intake manifold. Therefore, the signals indicating the damage of the EGR valve mentioned above often disappear, and the parameters of the car return to the time before the failure.

The use of the WATERJET cutter in the cutting process ensures a low processing temperature that does not change the properties of the materials being cut. Parts made using CNC laser cutting machines lose the properties of the material from which they are made due to the increase in temperature at the cutting point.
