dinitrol 501 fc is a moisture-curing, one-component polyurethane for direct glazing of car windows. glue dinitrol 501 fc contains the following properties:

dinitrol 501 fc with appropriate pre-treatments such as primers and/or activators is intended for use as a replacement for polyurethane direct glass car glass parts and other bonding in vehicle manufacturing.
surface pretreatment
the treated surface black be clean, dry and free of dust, oil and grease. clean the bonding surface (ceramic edge) of the new windshield thoroughly with dinitrol 582 to remove permanent dirt from the glass surfaces and ceramic screen printing. pre-treatment is recommended to be carried out according to the dinitrol glass replacement work instructions. for more information
when using dinitrole pretreatment products, please refer to our technical data sheets or dinitrole pretreatment table. glasses without ceramic screen printing or equivalent protection require additional UV radiation
protective cover.
application
we recommend applying the adhesive strip with a sufficiently powerful spray gun (e.g. dinitrol mastertool). for easy processing, use glue at room temperature. to ensure a constant thickness of the adhesive layer, it is recommended to apply the adhesive in the form of a triangular bead. the glass black be inserted before skin formation begins. warmer temperatures and rising humidity will shorten or colder temperatures and lower humidity will increase the opening time.
this product is only suitable for experienced users. preliminary tests are required for special applications.
