ceramizer® cs is a preparation for regeneration of engine friction surfaces and protection against wear. it can be used in all types of four-stroke engines.

the engine is regenerated during the normal operation of the vehicle, disassembly of the mechanism is not necessary. the only necessary action is to add the preparation to the neck of the engine oil filler neck. the ceramic additive in the oil creates a special ceramic-metal coating that grows in places where metal parts rub. a particularly intense effect can be observed on the most worn areas.

the protective layer formed during the preparation of engine oil eliminates all deformations and microdamages of the engine. The use of ceramizer® allows to achieve an effect similar to microwelding of an additional layer of material in places characterized by the greatest wear. the formation of the protective layer lasts until approximately 1,500 km have been traveled.

The highest efficiency of using ceramizer® is achieved by strictly following the recommendations and instructions.
do not change the oil during the entire ceramization process (1.5 thousand km or 25 engine hours). change the oil on the change date as standard (provided you can maintain the 1500 km required for the ceramizer to complete the process).
ceramizer® can be mixed with any type of oil and used for all types of internal combustion engines: gasoline, diesel engines with: unit injectors, commonrail direct injection, series and distribution pumps, as well as gas engines, turbocharged, exhaust catalytic converter and lambda probe.
an underestimated dose of ceramizer does not give the expected treatment results.
an excessive (e.g. double) dose of ceramizer® does not cause side effects, only the duration of treatment increases.
in the case of a very worn engine (over 85% wear), the ceramizer dose should be increased by 50%. if you consume oil more than 0.4 l/1000 km, the dose of ceramizer® should also be increased to twice the basic dose. this is due to the increased number of places where the ceramizer has to fill the abraded surface.
for engines used in motorsport and extreme operating conditions, it is recommended to double the dose of ceramizer® compared to the amount shown in the table. for faster results, we recommend using ceramizer csx.

recommendations:
To confirm the effectiveness of ceramizer®, we can measure the compression pressure (before and after treatment) in the engine cylinders.
we recommend using the product at every stage of operation, preferably immediately after an oil change, in order to drive the ceramizer® as long as possible (until the next oil change), if all the particles were not immediately used for metal processing after application (when using the product for preventive purposes, with a good engine condition).
we recommend using ceramizers® primarily as a preventative measure to protect the engine from friction, significantly extending its service life and trouble-free operation. delaying the use of the product for too long may cause an irreparable loss of engine efficiency without the need for an invasive overhaul.
ceramizers® can be used with all types of oils and for all types of internal combustion engines: gasoline, gas, diesel engines with: unit injectors, common-vessel direct injection, sequential and distribution pumps, turbocharger, exhaust catalytic converter, dpf or fap filter, lambda probe. .
remember - do not change the oil during a full service (1500 km).
use engine preparation with ceramizer® for transmissions, rear axles, power steering and fuel conditioner. all these elements, like the engine, wear due to friction.
the preparation can be used in internal combustion engines of any industrial machines and equipment after prior consultation with the ceramizer® manufacturer.

warm up the engine to an operating temperature of 80-90oc (eg after driving or after idling the engine for at least 10 minutes).
turn off the engine.
unscrew the oil filler cap and inject the dispenser into the oil filler hole. if we have an unusual oil inlet (such as a feed line) where we cannot add the formulation directly to the oil, or there is a possibility that the formulation will not easily reach the oil to mix it with, we recommend mixing the ceramizer® with a small amount of oil before pouring it into the engine and then apply it.
close the oil filler cap.
start the engine and let the vehicle idle for 15 minutes (we want the product to mix).
we start the vehicle and drive about 20 km (we continue to mix the product, this time at higher speeds).
the formation of the ceramic-metal layer continues up to 1500 km. do not change the oil during this time (the particles need time to melt the metal).
(6a) for engines whose operation is expressed in operating hours (mth), the engine should operate for 0.5 months.
(7a) for engines with work expressed in working hours (mth), a total of 25 months should be used after application and 0.5 months of work until the ceramic process of the friction pairs is fully completed.
if a larger amount of the preparation is used (e.g. 2 doses), it is recommended to use the first dose (according to the attached instructions) and then, after traveling about 500 km, to administer the second (next) dose at the same time. way (this increases the efficiency of ceramic metal formation in friction areas).
comments:

if you have previously used oil additives (with molybdenum or Teflon), it is recommended to change the oil and wash the engine before using ceramizer®. otherwise, the efficiency of the ceramizer® treatment will decrease and the ceramizing time will increase.
in the event of mechanical damage to the engine (eg cracked or stuck piston ring, leaking valves, deep scratches in the cylinder liner, etc.), the defects must be repaired and then treated with ceramizer®.
if the engine needs an overhaul, drive 1000-3000 km from the overhaul and only then use ceramizer®.
ceramizer® does not restore places where rubber or plastic rubs against metal.
if the engine is equipped with a centrifugal oil filter, the filter must be cleaned before using the ceramizer® and it is best to disconnect it from the oil circuit during processing using a bypass pipe (if structurally possible). in this type of filter, the particles of the preparation tend to settle and thus a significantly smaller amount reaches the friction surface.
dispensers/syringes with a small leak from under the piston are also considered properly filled.

ceramizer® must be stored at a temperature below +40 o c. if the storage temperature exceeds +40 o c, the product may settle, then the preparation must be shaken and cooled to a temperature below +40 o c for safe use.
ceramizer® does not clog oil filters or oil channels.
ceramizer® does not contain Teflon or molybdenum.
a particulate filter is a metal can filled with metal or ceramic fibers, on which soot particles settle and burn off under certain operating conditions of the vehicle. ceramizer® does not change the rheological parameters of the oil, does not cause the formation of soot particles, sulfate ash, phosphorus and sulfur, therefore it does not affect the operation of dpf/fap and can be safely used in engines with or without dpf or fap.
