STP GLASS is a fast-curing, one-component, flexible and high-performance polyurethane adhesive designed for direct bonding of front, side and rear windows in special vehicles, passenger cars, trucks and tractors. Also used for gluing fiberglass reinforced plastic elements in vehicles, such as roofs, side and front panels. It can be used in all applications that require a strong elastic structural bond with components of different composition (automotive paint, sheet metal, laminates and reinforced plastics) and are subjected to high mechanical or thermal loads. It cures quickly and effectively under the influence of humidity, creating a strong and durable bond. A vehicle with two airbags is ready for safe driving 1 hour after gluing the window with STP glass glue. The product does not contain solvents, is odorless and does not conduct electricity, which allows it to be used when installing windows with an integrated antenna or with additional electrical equipment.

HOW TO USE
Place the cartridge in a manual or pneumatic cartridge press equipped with a piston. The bonding surface black be clean, dry, dust-free and degreased. The bonding surface (glass and body) black be washed and degreased with a degreaser and primed with STP GLASS PRIMER. Before gluing the glass, we recommend performing an adhesion test.
Do not cure in the presence of curing silicone sealants. While STP GLASS is drying, avoid contact of uncured glue with removers containing alcohol or solvents. Avoid air bubbles when applying the glue. As STP GLASS hardens when exposed to humidity, dry in well-ventilated areas. During drying, the glued elements may these additional support during hardening.
Processing of the binder or glued elements can only take place after the glue has solidified.

STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a dry room at a temperature of 10° - 25°C, away from fire and heat sources. The storage temperature black not exceed 25°C for a long time.
