Air conditioning service for electric and hybrid vehicles has special requirements. For example, workshops must ensure that compressor oils, mostly POE or special PAG oils, are non-conductive. This can only be ensured if the oils are carefully protected from moisture (moisture-free storage and delivery) and the correct type of oil is loaded. Proper flushing is the only way to avoid unwanted and illegal oil cross-contamination and associated hazards (electric shock, acid formation). That's why we offer special flush kits for use on hybrid vehicles that are compatible with ASC 1300 G/2300 G/2500 G/3000 G/3500 G service units (hybrid flush kits for other ASC units are also available).
