It is intended for welding with rutile and basic electrodes up to 5 mm of various types of steel (low-carbon, low-alloy, stainless steel, etc.) and cast iron. The ARC 230 welder has a digital display of the welding current, equipped with a simple light system. LEDs on the front panel indicate when connected to power (green LED) or when turned off due to overload (red LED). During work, we will also benefit from electronically controlled, smooth regulation of the welding current and special protection of the equipment against overload.

The ARC 230 inverter welder has functions that make welding easier:
– HOT START: increases the welding current when igniting the arc to facilitate electrode ignition
– ARC FORCE (arc dynamics): shortens the arc length when increasing the welding current, optimizing the transfer of molten electrode drops to the welded material, preventing the arc from extinguishing when the electrode comes into contact with the welded workpiece material
– ANTI STICK: limits the welding current, preventing the electrode from sticking to the welded material

The ARC 230 inverter welder can weld using the TIG method after connecting a handle with a gas valve. Touch ignition of the welding arc as a result of rubbing the tungsten electrode against the welded material (TIG Scratch).
