TECNOMIG 210 PULSE LCD is an inverter - synergic semi-automatic welding machine designed for arc welding with MIG/MAG, MMA, TIG Lift method and brazing of galvanized sheets. The device is intended for professional use.

The device has three synergic MIG/MAG welding modes: MIG, MIG PULSE, double PULSE MIG.

TECNOMIG 210 PULSE LCD is used for welding galvanized sheets, stainless steel, carbon and low alloy steel and aluminum. Welding is carried out in the shield with inert gas, active gas or a mixture, and with opposite polarity without gas.

Thanks to the use of MIG pulsation, the controlled amount of heat of the welded element increases. Regardless of the welding position, it is possible to obtain a better weld and reduce the amount of spatter.

For both MIG and MIG PULS method, we can choose the function of the button on the handle between 2-step and 4-step mode (button lock for long welds),

The clear and easy-to-use LCD display allows precise adjustment of MIG welding parameters such as:

inductance regulation
Pulse width adjustment with double pulse
pulsation frequency control in double pulse
adjustment of gas flow time after welding
wire speed control
The device also has HOT START and ARC FORCE settings in MMA mode

HOT START : Hot Start Adjustment (Manual) - Facilitates electrode ignition by providing more welding current each time the arc strikes.

ANTI STICK : anti-short circuit - automatically turns off the welding voltage when the electrode sticks to the welded material, which makes it easier to tear it off and prevents the accidental formation of a welding arc

VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) function - reduces the no-load voltage on the electrode to a safe value. Provides protection against electric shock when working in a humid environment.
