A product of mineral origin. Rocks containing a large amount of mineralized diatoms are subjected to complex technological processes, thanks to which the final product is obtained in the form of high-quality granules.

As a result of calcination, i.e. the roasting process, the sorption efficiency of the granules increases significantly, which has a dominant effect on the amount of absorbed liquid. The structure of the granules is porous, the spaces inside are empty, the absorption process takes place initially inward, and in the final stage the free outer spaces of the molar are also filled (absorption of liquid inside and outside the granules).
