Lahusta one portsjon product – 10 g (2 lusikatäit) 300 ml in the water; use šeikerit or blenderit. take 2 portsjonit a day.
Treeningupäevadel: 1. portsjon 30 min. before trenni, 2. portsjon peale treeningut.
Treeninguvabadel päevadel: 1. portsjon hommikul peale ärkamist, 2. portsjon toidukordade vahel.
