adbl hard cut polishing compound is an extremely versatile cutting paste with an innovative composition. it allows you to remove deep scratches from the paint surface. it is a modern, highest quality polishing compound that easily copes with the dulling of p1000 - p1500 grit sandpaper. the final effect of the scratch removal and the level of gloss can be changed by choosing the appropriate polishing pads and machines for the paint type. adbl hard cut can be used with all types of paint, both original and overpainted. in addition to very good cutting power, it also leaves a smooth finish.
the water-based composition does not contain silicones, fillers and waxes, which have an excellent effect on removing both paint residues and dust generated during work. adbl hard cut is a universal polishing compound designed to work with both rotary and dual-action polishers, which can be used with wool, foam or microfiber polishing pads. thanks to the very good finish, it can be used as a one-step color correction method for harder colors with the appropriate pad and machine selection.
usage:
1. attach the pad evenly to the support plate.
2. put 4 beads on the pillow.
3. place the pad flat against the panel to be processed.
4. turn on the machine on the lowest gear without using much pressure and apply the paste to a maximum area of 40 x 40 cm.
5. increase the speed of the machine up to 3-4 gears while gently increasing the pressure.
6. work continuously, keeping the pad flat on the paint surface
7. when the paste is used up (transparent film), wipe the residue with a soft microfiber cloth.
note
too much paste, too much pressure or too high rotation speed of the machine does not increase the efficiency of the machine and can cause:
– overfilling the pillow,
– removing paste remains is difficult,
– quick drying of paste and removal of dust,
– creating so-called paste frames around the surface you have treated, which are difficult to remove when dry.
