Troton- agent sealant for closed profiles 400ml spray 300003730+ tube

A one-component product based on wax and impregnation materials, designed to protect closed body profiles (e.g. doors, hoods, sills) from corrosion. It has good penetrating properties in gaps and repels moisture from surfaces. Creates a flexible, airtight coating that protects against water and salt. It does not react with painted surfaces.

 Viscosity: 20-25 seconds (Ford cup 4 mm.)
 Efficiency: approx. 0.1 kg/m2 for 100 µm wet layers
 Temperature tolerance: -25 to 80o C
Drying time
 Touch dry*: 90–120 min. (± 100 µm)
 Completely dry*: 2-3 h. (± 100 µm)

USE
 The treated surface must be clean, dry, degreased, free of dust and rust.
 Shake the can well before use.
 The product can be applied to closed profiles with an underbody coating gun with an air pressure of 3-6 bar.
 Used equipment can be cleaned with solvents immediately after use. After hardening, the product can only be removed mechanically.
