Changing the brake fluid in vehicles with modern electronic brake systems requires modern service equipment.
Thanks to the innovative "Electronic Pressure Regulation" (EDR) technology with variable and preset pressure levels, the new ATE FB 30 is the benchmark for brake filling and bleeding devices. The new ATE FB 30 is controlled with a central ergonomic control panel
variable and preset pressure stages. Signal lights indicate the selected function. All functions are clearly arranged on the control panel.

Three pressure levels are available for filling, flushing and bleeding the brake system: 0.4/1.0/2.2 bar. A variable pressure setting of 0.4-3.5 bar is also available. The manometer allows you to check the selected pressure. Modern low viscosity brake fluids
places high demands on the safe operation of the brake filling and bleeding device. During the development of ATE FB 30, the safe function of all standard DOT3 and DOT4 brake fluids was valued. The ATE FB 30 brake filling and bleeding unit operates directly from brake fluid canisters of 5, 20 and 30 liters, which are fixed in the unit with a latch. Time-consuming brake fluid transfers are no longer required. In addition to ATE brake fluid cans, other cans available from retailers can be used. A special holder ensures that the suction tube is securely attached to the jar. A special vent valve is integrated into the rubber sealing cone, which lets air into the can only when the brake fluid is removed. This prevents uncontrolled air from being drawn into the can. When the brake fluid runs out, the ATE FB 30 automatically shuts down to ensure air enters the brake system. A clear sound signal and a signal lamp indicate that the can needs to be changed. Practical features include the ATE FB 30's side-mounted fill hose and power cable holders and three outlets for removing tubes. The device has a practical storage tray for placing small parts or tools. Large rear wheels with an ergonomic handle enable comfortable and safe maneuvering of the ATE FB 30. ATE FB 30 is supplied with vent pipe no. 20 (European tube).
