Available 3pc. Lubricated guide pins are used to hold the "LUCAS" floating brake calipers in place. A rubber bellows ensures a pin seal. A damaged bellows will cause the guide bushings inside the caliper bracket to rust. This restricts the movement of the brake caliper and can cause additional braking problems.
Use ATE honing brush "LUCAS" to clean guide bushings down to bare metal. Thanks to the precise diameter, the size of the opening remains accurate. This is best done with a battery-powered screwdriver at a maximum speed of 500 rpm and clockwise only. The cleaning process only takes a few seconds.
