Technical parameters
SPRINT 20 PRO  is an electronic charger for charging and starting 6 and 12 volt batteries:

WET  (liquid - acidic)
GEL  (gel)
MF  (maintenance-free)
AGM  (with fiberglass mat)
EFB  (for vehicles with Start-Stop system)
LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate)
The rectifier has  a microprocessor control system , it ensures automatic switching to the maintenance status after reaching the required battery voltage and automatic resumption of charging after the battery voltage drops.

SPRINT 20 PRO has  3 charging modes  :

AGM/STD – WET , AGM , MF and EFB acid liquid batteries
GEL – gel batteries
LFP – lithium iron phosphate batteries ( LiFePO4 )
For each type of battery, we can choose the maximum charging current or operation in automatic mode.

The device is equipped with a digital display which, depending on the selected mode, can show: charging voltage, charging current or battery charge level (%).

REPAIR function  - After connecting the battery and starting the charging mode, the rectifier will "check" the battery sulfation level. If the sulfation level is in the optimal range, the rectifier will start the regeneration process.

For 12 V batteries, the device also has the following functions:

voltage maintenance when replacing the battery  ( 13.6V/6A SUPPLY ).
starting support ( BOOST 100A ).
Charging process
The 9-step charging process  ensures optimal battery charging conditions. The automatic control system will adjust each of the 9 charging stages to properly charge the battery:

STEP 1 - Diagnostic  - analyzes the battery and checks whether it can accept the charging current; prevents charging of a damaged battery
STAGE 2 - Recovery charge  - low voltage batteries are initially charged with a low current, but with an increased voltage; very discharged batteries can be restored to a usable state and this ensures a longer battery life, this step is skipped if the battery is minimally discharged and in good condition.
STEP 3 - Soft start  - the rectifier gradually increases the charging current until the set charging current is reached
STEP 4 - Pulse charge  - the battery is charged with a pulsed current (pulse fluctuations take place in the DC current range)
STAGE 5 - Reconditioning  - preparatory stage for charging in the bulk charge stage
STEP 6 - Bulk charge  – charging with a constant current to the previously set voltage (14.4÷14.7V)
STEP 7 - Absorption charge  - after reaching the required battery charge level, it will change to constant voltage (CV) charging and the charging process will end
STEP 8 - Evaluation diagnostic  - automatic monitoring of battery voltage after charging
STAGE 9 - Maintenance charge  – the stage supporting the battery (float) and monitoring its condition; resumes charging at reduced current if necessary.
Physical parameters
The device is equipped with protection: thermal, against sparks on the pole terminals, against pole short circuit, overload and reverse polarity.
