EXPERT charger 25 is an electronic charger for charging 12-volt batteries:

Wet (liquid - acidic)
GEL (gel)
MF (maintenance free)
AGM (with fiberglass mat)
EFB (for vehicles with Start-Stop system)

LFP (lithium iron phosphate)
Microprocessor control system ensures automatic charging process. When the required voltage of the battery is reached, the battery enters maintenance mode and automatically resumes charging after the battery voltage drops.

The charger EXPERT charger 25 has 4 charging modes:

STD - WET and MF acid fluids
AGM - AGM, gel, EFB batteries
inch - calcium batteries
LiFePO4 – lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries

Loading process
The 9-stage charging process ensures optimal charging conditions for the battery. The automatic control system regulates all 9 charging stages to properly charge the battery:

STEP 1 - Diagnostics - analyzes the battery and checks if it can accept the charging current; prevents charging a damaged battery
STAGE 2 - Regenerative charging - low voltage batteries are initially charged with low current but with increased voltage; highly discharged batteries can be restored to usable condition and this will ensure longer battery life, this step is skipped if the battery is minimally discharged and in good condition.
STEP 3 - Soft start - the rectifier gradually increases the charging current until the set charging current is reached
STEP 4 - Pulse charging - the battery is charged with a pulse current (pulse fluctuation occurs in the DC range)
PHASE 5 - Recovery - Preparatory phase for loading in bulk loading phase
STEP 6 - bulk charging - charging with constant current to a preset voltage (14.4÷14.7V)
STEP 7 – Absorption Charge – Once the battery reaches the required charge level, it switches to constant voltage (CV) charging and the charging process ends
STEP 8 - Evaluation Diagnostics - Automatic monitoring of battery voltage after charging
STAGE 9 - Maintenance charge - a stage that supports the battery (float) and monitors its condition; continues charging with reduced current if necessary.
Physical parameters
The device is equipped with protection: thermal, against pole terminal sparks, pole short circuit, overload and reverse polarity.

The specially designed housing allows the rectifier to be mounted on the wall, which saves valuable space in your garage or workshop.

The charging cables are 3 meters long and equipped with an ambient temperature sensor. Its function is to adjust the appropriate voltage during charging according to the ambient temperature. Only for STD, AGM and Customs modes.
