How does the STP Ultra 5-in-1 Diesel System Cleaner work?
STP Ultra 5-in-1 Diesel System Cleaner is engineered with a special blend of high-performance detergents to help clean your fuel delivery system, corrosion inhibitors to protect it and cetane improvers to give your vehicle extra ‘oomph’. Once added to your fuel delivery system it works its way through, removing built up deposits. STP® Wearguard helps restore the lost lubrication (caused by Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel), to help prevent the premature wear and keep the engine running as efficiently as possible.
I have used STP Complete Fuel System Cleaner; do I still these to use STP Ultra 5 in 1 Diesel System Cleaner?
We would recommend STP Ultra 5-in-1 Diesel System Cleaner is used as an alternative to STP Complete Fuel System Cleaner. It does, however, provide added benefits such as cetane improvers, corrosion inhibitor and STP® Wearguard.

The introduction of Ultra Low Sulphur Diesels has adversely affected the natural lubricity of diesel fuels.
