Dpf sensor key 22mm - ford

Available 1pc. 8100 has been specially developed to remove the DPF Evaporator Injector (Ford OE number 1940311) mounting nut on Ford Transit Custom where access is very limited. It is recommended to use the 8100 with a manual impact wrench Laser 4590 . The 22mm injector is used across Ford's diesel range, but not all have as bad access as the Transit Custom models. If access allows, this wrench can also be used with a 1/2" drive ratchet mechanism. NOTE: Vacuum test the evaporator using Laser Part # 3752 or similar - if the evaporator holds vacuum, it is blocked.

• Ultra-slim fit for access; 22mm over flat, 6 point crow's foot with 1/2" drive.
• Applications include: Ford 1.6, 2.0 and 2.2L Duratorq TDC engines from 2012 onwards (EURO 6 engines).
• Evaporator failure is often indicated by ECU error codes P244C or P26A1.
