Polyester construction resin repair kit for manual lamination. Designed to repair significant damage.
Suitable for repairing car bodies, camping trailers, boats and yachts.

SURFACE PREPARATION
The product adheres well to various surfaces

CAUTION: The product black not be applied over reactive primers, one-component acrylic or nitrocellulose products!

APPLICATION PROCESS

APPLICATION
To repair significant damage: holes and rusted body parts
MIXING CHARACTERISTICS by weight
Resin 100
Activator 4
To mix properly.

GEL TIME
OKAY. 9 ÷ 11 min. at 20oC
Can be applied in several layers.

CURE TIME
25 ÷ 30 min. at 20°C.

LAMINATION PROCESS
• Prepare a suitable glass mat about 2 cm larger than the area to be repaired.
• Apply resin mixed with hardener to the cleaned area with a brush.
• Apply glass mat, press and saturate with resin with a brush,
• Wait for about 25 minutes, after which the laminate surface can be treated with polyester putty.
• Minimum application temperature +10


FURTHER WORKS
Polyester laminates can be covered with:
• two-component epoxy primers
• two-component acrylic primers
• two-component polyester putties
• two-component polyester pneumatic spray putties
• two-component epoxy putties
GENERAL REMARKS
• Do not exceed the recommended doses of hardener!
• Wear proper personal protective equipment when working with 2K products.
• Protect your eyes and respiratory tract.
• Rooms must be well ventilated.
• Tools must be washed immediately after use.
