ROOKS offers excellent, easy to use and very useful heat shrinkable hermetic solder joints. The set of plugs in different sizes contains as many as 140 pcs.
The connectors have low-temperature tin solder, which precisely engages the connected wires. Tin rings have a fuse cleaning layer and allow connection at a temperature of 120 °C.
The shrink wrap is made of PE polyethylene, which shrinks up to 3 times. thanks to this, the T-shirt perfectly seals the connection. In addition, the connector has two sealing adhesive rings, which make the connection hermetic.
The entire technological process of connecting wires (wire or cable) is carried out using a heat gun or a dryer with an air temperature of approx. 150 °C and above. Thanks to this, the process is closed and excess tin does not leak. This allows you to work in environments that are not resistant to minor thermal damage, such as furniture, upholstery or the interior of a car.
Area of ​​use of heat-shrinkable connectors: in all cases when connecting 12-600V electric cables, where there are difficult weather conditions: negative temperatures, heated environment, moisture and water, UV rays.
The connections have a sealing adhesive that remains flexible at both negative and high temperatures, making the connection airtight and durable. The connection sleeve additionally strengthens the connected cable and increases its tensile strength at the connection point.
The offer includes 4 diameters, marked with colors: white - 1.7 mm, red - 2.7 mm, blue - 4.5 mm, yellow - 6.8 mm.
