The casc506 tire fitter is designed to fit and remove tires on passenger car, light truck and motorcycle rims.

the presented model of the tire changer is characterized by a pneumatically controlled and locked tilting head lever, which enables fast and safe tire change.

this is a very important aspect of the work of any vulcanizer, because the machine uses solutions that allow changing tires with minimal risk of damaging the rim. in addition, it is worth noting the construction of the machine, which proves itself in terms of strength and load in the most extreme conditions.

The casc506 is designed for wheels up to 24" in diameter (inner rim mount), unlike the casc-502, which has a smaller range of rim mounts. in addition, this model has a four-jaw table driven by strong and reliable cylinders. the machine is characterized by the high quality of the mechanisms that control both electrical and pneumatic installations. The tamper drive used on the cas506 promises 2500 kg of force and its profiled shape greatly facilitates tire removal.

the impactor is controlled using a control lever, which significantly speeds up the machine's operation.

this product does not have an assist lever - it can be installed later:

the machine can be equipped with an auxiliary lever, which supports the tire pressure during tire removal and installation, both for standard, low-profile and runflat tires (see auxiliary lever).
