Available 3pc. intelligent grand microprocessor rectifiers are designed to charge and start all types of lead acid batteries (wet/mf/ca/efb/gel/agm). charging function is 10-step, fully automatic.
the duty cycle (start-up/cool-down) in the start-up function is automatic, which protects the device from overheating and damage. rectifiers allow selection of battery type, battery operation mode (charge/start/regenerate) and have alternator test function. they are protected against sparks, reverse polarity, short circuits, overheating and overcharging.
Stage 1: Diagnostics: analysis of the battery, its state of charge and the correctness of the connections between the battery and the charger.
Step 2: Field testing: detection of sulfated battery, charging with low voltage and high intensity pulsating current.
Stage 3: soft start: if the battery is not damaged, charging starts with a relatively low current (about 15%), gradually increasing its value.
Stage 4: Basic charging: charging at a constant intensity with maximum current, the value of which is automatically adjusted depending on the state of charge of the battery, until 80% of the battery capacity is reached.
Step 5: Analysis: Check if the battery is receiving charging current - prevents charging a damaged battery.
Step 6: Constant Voltage Charging: Charging at a constant voltage and compensating for false full charge readings due to high battery charging.
Step 7: Recovery: Charge with a higher charge and compensate for the side effect of reduced charging current.
Step 8: Adsorption: charging with small current pulses of constant intensity until the maximum battery voltage is reached.
Step 9: Test: Check if the battery is recording voltage.
Step 10: Maintenance: Monitoring the battery voltage and maintaining an optimal 95-100% capacity by charging current pulses when a predetermined drop is detected.
