rust binder with zinc is designed to treat the surface of rusted metal before painting. the metal surface is covered with a protective phosphate film and prevents further corrosion. it is an excellent formulation because it contains alloying additives, including zinc.

use: shake before use. clean dirt, loose rust from the surface (mechanically), remove lubricants from the surface (using white spirit, etc.). apply the rust binder with a brush and rub in well. if the ambient temperature is higher than 20c, moisten it after an hour. wait 3-4 hours and rinse with plenty of water and remove any grease again. work at a temperature not lower than 0 o c. consumption rate 100-300 g/m 2 .
