substrate pretreatment:
the substrate must be clean, dry, free of rust and grease. remove old/loose coatings or primers.
degrease steel, dry sand with p240-320, blow off, degrease again. apply appropriate chameleon primers (first 2k wash primer 404/2k epoxy primer 455, then filler primer)
zinc must be pre-treated with an ammonia wetting agent. apply appropriate chameleon primers (first 2k wash primer 404/2k epoxy primer 455, then filler primer)
degrease aluminum, dry sand with p240-320, blow off, degrease again. apply appropriate chameleon primers (first 2k wash primer 404/2k epoxy primer 455, then filler primer)
degrease wooden substrates, sand a little, blow off. if you need a very smooth surface, use a suitable 1k or 2k chamäleon primer/filler.
attention: not suitable for covering very oily and very resinous wood (eg teak).

application process
carefully read and follow the warnings on the label before use!

processing conditions:
please only use in a well-ventilated environment with enough fresh air. the processing temperature must be at least +12 °c and max. humidity should not exceed 80%.

processing tips:
 add 250ml hardener to 750ml paint material in 1 liter cans for underbody sealants. shake the jar vigorously.
 we recommend making a test application to verify the desired structure.
 texture and gloss affect color.
 apply the second layer as a drip layer for an even texture.
 spray distance and spray pressure change the texture.
