NIGRIN Zinc Spray offers protection against cathode corrosion with exceptionally long-term results. After drying, it retains over 90% pure zinc composition. This acts as a "sacrificial metal", protecting the underlying bodywork against rust damage. NIGRIN Zinc Spray renews the rust-proofing layer following work such as rust removal, welding, drilling or cutting. It has excellent adhesive properties and leaves behind a fast-drying, smooth, non-porous protective layer that acts as a rust-resistant primer for all subsequent finishing work.
Surface black be de-rusted, de-greased (for example with NIGRIN Silicone Remover), clean, dust-free and dry.
Open the lid on NIGRIN Zinc Spray using a screwdriver.
Shake well before use.
Spray on several thin layers generously from a distance of approx. 25cm, working in a criss-cross pattern.
Shake can between passes. After each pass, hold can upside down and spray until the valve is empty.
Leave to dry.
Touch-dry: after 10 - 15 minutes at 20°C
Dry: after approx. 30 minutes at 20°C
