mannol ep-2 multi-mos2 ester 8028

Universal multi-purpose anti-friction lithium soap grease based on highly refined mineral base oil with the addition of synthetic esters, anti-wear and anti-friction EP additives (EP – extreme pressure) of molybdenum disulfide and lubricating graphite with high temperature resistance, sealing and anti-friction properties.

features:
- the presence of synthetic esters significantly increases the anti-wear, anti-seize and anti-friction properties of the grease;
- maintains its operating properties in the range of -30 °C to +140 °C, which extends the service life of the bearings;
- excellent adhesion to metal surfaces. forms a strong lubricating film to extend the service life of lubricated units. ensures effective boundary lubrication at high pressure and temperature;
- thanks to the EP additives used, it withstands extreme and high-impact loads. In the event of accidental overheating, layered additives eliminate sticking and jamming;
- thanks to special anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion additives, reliably protects bearings and other parts from corrosion even when operating in humid and dirty environments;
- good thermal stability, which ensures resistance to temperature changes, and mechanical stability, which prevents grease extrusion and loss of consistency during operation, thus reducing grease loss and consumption;
- effectively prevents oxidation and does not form deposits;
- retains its elasticity and adhesive properties over a long period of use;
- the consistency of the grease remains constant during long-term storage. Shelf life 5 years from the date of manufacture.

Application: for lubrication of various transport, agricultural and off-road equipment operating in dusty, wet and/or dry environments with elevated and/or shock loads or vibrations: universal joints, fifth wheel couplings with pins, CV joints, plain and roller bearings, chassis and other friction units of heavily loaded machines.
Follow the manufacturer's instructions in the machine's operating instructions!

Flushing the car engine before changing the oil

Flushing the car engine before changing the oil One of the most important aspects of engine maintenance is engine flushing. It keeps the engine running smoothly by removing harmful deposits from it. This, in turn, can extend the life of the engine and minimize the risk of expensive repairs. In addition, a clean engine works more efficiently, which leads to better fuel economy and a noticeable reduction in emissions. So, what is an engine flush? What are its advantages? How is this done? This short guide will answer these questions. ... More...
