Suitable for repairing holes caused by corrosion, mechanical damage and other defects on plastic, metal, wood or concrete. After drying, the repaired surface can be covered with all polyester fillers. Withstands mechanical stress and vibration very well.

The kit contains unsaturated, elasticized polyester resin, hardener and fiberglass fabric. It is used to fill holes caused by corrosion or mechanical damage, fix and strengthen metal and plastic parts and surfaces.
after hardening, it can be sanded and coated with all polyester fillers.

Do not use more than 3% hardener p! Under- or overdosing hardener can cause stains on the finish coat.

application process
Before use, carefully read and follow the warning texts on the label!
processing conditions:
use only in a sufficiently ventilated environment with sufficient fresh air. the processing temperature must be at least +12 °c and the max. humidity should not exceed 80%. polyester-based putty
no longer hardens at temperatures below +10 °C

processing tips
 The substrate must be clean, dry and grease-free.
 Sand the surfaces thoroughly. Remove loose/old paint and primer layers.
 Before each step, clean and degrease the entire surface to be painted.
 Clean the defective areas from metal and dry sand with sandpaper p80/150.
 mix the putty thoroughly with the hardener.
 after drying, use sandpaper p80/240 for dry sanding.
 Before applying the filler, sand the entire surface with dry sandpaper p240/360 to a matte finish.
 Resin can only be sanded dry.
 To achieve a smoother surface, it is recommended to re-treat the surface with chameleon polyester fillers.

attention
 do not apply to thermoplastic or acidic products (wash primer).
 do not apply topcoats without first insulating the surface with chamäleon 1k or 2k primer.
 do not put the mixed material back into the jar.
 Clean tools immediately after use, if necessary with nitro liquid.
