stc profi-plastic is a very fine and particularly dense two-component universal polyester putty that can be used to treat all surfaces. it was easy to putty and easy to work with sandpaper.
instructions for use: make sure the surface to be treated is clean and dry. sheet steel, aluminum and fully painted surfaces must be carefully roughened or treated with sandpaper before puttying. mix the necessary amount of 2% hardener into the putty and use the mixture for 5 min. on the stove. after drying (after 20 - 30 min.) it can be treated with sandpaper.
profi plastic is a 2k polyester filler for professional use in body shops, commercial vehicle construction or mechanical engineering companies for leveling pits or unevenness. particularly good adhesion, especially on galvanized surfaces, but also on other surfaces such as iron, steel, aluminum. thanks to particularly good adhesion properties, it is not necessary to grind a very thin zinc layer.
